Due to the nature of our products all sales are final and used products cannot be return or exchanged. Unused products may be exchanged for another scent within 3-5 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all exchanged items.
We pack all products with care, but in the event that products are damaged during shipping from us to you, we will gladly send a replacement to you at no additional cost. Photographic proof must be provided via email to Sales@Aurorascandles.com within 1-3 days of delivery..
